TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT FUND (TEF) TANK MONITORING

TEF has 125 fuel sites with approx. 210 tanks statewide with unleaded, diesel, DEF, and propane that need tank monitoring to stay compliant with federal and state laws. The current system must be replaced with current technology such as cloud-based platform. System must be able to provide access to tank levels/amount of product (ability to poll on demand and schedule polling), all required tank tests, email warnings to appropriate staff, email alarms to appropriate staff, tank set up, and reporting. Veeder root warnings and alarms are based on the controller TLS350, TLS450, or TLS450Plus so the system must work with the existing equipment. The tank monitoring system
must provide intuitive access to the data and reports for compliance inspection with Ecology, EPA, etc. Tank monitoring system must meet or exceed cyber security protocol, operational needs, and other TSD requirements. System must have several user levels to ensure access to various tasks is limited based on the employee’s job responsibility.
