The City of Sammamish is soliciting bids to contract for Tree Maintenance Services and Emergency Response.  The selected vendor will be expected to perform duties to include but not limited to: tree removal; aerial tree work (maximum 70 feet aerial lift required); chipping and disposal of limbs, branches and debris; stump grinding; wood hauling; tree pruning; and storm cleanup.

The Invitation to Bid packet and necessary submittal documents may be obtained by visiting the City’s Bidding and Solicitations Page on the City website at https://www.sammamish.us/business/bidding/ .

Questions concerning this ITB must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 27 via email to Dan Johnson, Project Manager, at djohnson@sammamish.us .

Answers will be posted on the City’s website at the same location as the ITB document, listed above.  Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City.

Sealed Bids must be submitted via mail or hand-delivery to Sammamish City Hall, 801 228th Ave SE, Sammamish, no later than Friday, October 6, 2023, at 2:00 PM. A public opening of the bids will take place in Sammamish City Hall Council Chambers immediately following the bid deadline. Bidders are welcome to attend.
