Contract description: The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award Statewide Contracts for eligible purchasers to acquire Tree Seedling Bags.

Through the Statewide Contracts established by this solicitation, Washington state agencies and other eligible purchasers may obtain goods and services. To replant trees, the state uses large quantities of Bags to transport tree seedlings for transplant.

Bags must be sturdy and large enough to transplant tree seedlings. They should have a waterproof liner. Bags must be lightweight and compact, so large quantities can be easily shipped and stored. This solicitation will have a preference for recycled material, or is printed with digital or soybean based or other nontoxic ink .

Enterprise Services intends to award one (1) contract to the highest scored, responsive, responsible bidder.
