Construction Summary:

The Contractor shall provide interior structural, finish work and outside aesthetics (tenant improvements) to renovate TriMet’s Materials Management Center at its new Columbia Bus Base. Ground floor area, 30,973 SF and loading dock, 2,620 SF. The major elements of the work for this package consist of: 1. Demolition of interior construction in areas noted. 2. Demolition of exterior construction in areas noted. 3. Install walls, ceilings, doors, and other items in the areas noted. 4. Fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and low voltage installation and modifications as noted. 5. Install finishes and signage as noted. 6. Install trash enclosure and secondary storage container as noted. 7. Landscaping and irrigation as noted. 8. Coordinate with TriMet and other contractors on OFCI and OFOI items. The following items are to be salvaged and re-used in the project: 1. Chain Link Fence and Gate. 2. Fire Extinguishers. 3. Hazardous Materials Storage Container. 4. Storage Pallets (by others). 5. Radiant Heaters.
