BACKGROUND

The Washington State Legislature has commissioned the development of a truck parking action plan for Washington State. Stating, “The shortage of convenient and available truck parking in Washington is a concern for safety and economic competitiveness, and has disproportionate effects on urban areas and other key locations in the state.”

Letters of intent to bid are due by June 25, 2021. Proposals are due no later than 5:00 PM local time in Olympia, Washington on July 7, 2021. I have attached a copy of the RFP.
