NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received only by Purchasing at their office in the Administrative Services Finance Department in the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 503, Bellingham, Washington 98225, for purchase of the following:

TRUCK & TANKER FUEL SERVICE

UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, August 20, 2019

At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested people are invited to be present. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County Public Works Equipment Services Division is requesting bids from qualified firms interested in providing Whatcom County with the annual supply of unleaded regular gasoline, ultra-low sulfur non-dyed #2 diesel, ultra-low sulfur dyed #2 diesel, biodiesel (B5, B20, & B100), and alternative fuel to be delivered by truck, trailer and tank wagon.

Award will be made to the lowest and/or best bidder. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities.
