Project Description: The Tenant Improvement project includes the following work: Construction of the City of Tukwila Public Works - Tukwila Fleet and Facilities Building located at 11210 Tukwila International Blvd., Tukwila, WA 98168. The project encompasses renovation of existing building for City of Tukwila Public Works. 40,500 SF, renovations to include: seismic upgrades to existing structure, MEP upgrades to meet code requirements, office tenant improvement, locker rooms and showers, parts storage, shops and vehicle maintenance bays.

Estimated Value: $5,100,000 to $5,250,000
