University of Washington, Housing & Food Services (HFS) is seeking bids for interior painting for two residence halls during summer 2023.  Maple Hall is estimated at 149,891 sf and Terry Hall is estimated at 104,180 sf. 

Terry Hall may end up being used for conference housing. HFS forecasts a decision on this by early April 2023.  If this happens, Terry Hall will almost certainly not be awarded.

Vendors do not have to bid on both buildings.  Vendors are welcome to bid on one or both.    

HFS reserves the right to award to multiple Vendors.
