Housing & Food Services at the Univ. of Washington manages Stevens Court Apartments.  Two of these buildings have had rainwater issues on the ground floor entry ways located above a post-tensioned slab.  Rainwater has sometimes pooled up and sloped into the entry way of the apartments. We had a consulting firm review the location and provide a solution outlined in drawings.  We are requesting quotes for a contractor to use the drawings and make the necessary corrections.
