Housing & Food Services (HFS) at the Univ. of Washington is seeking bids for the replacement of water heaters in Stevens Court Apartments.  The work will take place summer 2023 through no later than December 29, 2023. Installation plan and schedule can be determined following award with mutual agreement of both parties. 

The scope includes disconnecting existing water tanks, removing and recycling off campus and installing new standard electric water heaters, matching the current or largest available capacity to match the existing water heater installation.

There is one gas water heater (the 91 gallon unit). 

Most of the installations will be in occupied units but there is a chance a few will be vacant. 

HFS reserves the right to award to multiple Vendors.
