The University is seeking proposals for a multi-year kitchen exhaust hood cleaning contract and also a separate contract for fire suppression (repair, twice annual testing and occasional installation) for the University of Washington Dining locations. 

This is not a contract for fire suppression for entire buildings.  It is only in food service/Dining related areas.   This contract does not cover fire suppression installation associated with new construction. It is only for select systems in existing buildings. 

Service providers can bid on one scope or both.
