Project Description: The project includes the following work: Padelford Hall: Removal & replacement of two (2) medium-voltage transformers (non-PCB, installed in 1963) and one (1) medium-voltage switch. Nordstrom Tennis Center: Removal of two (2) existing switches which currently serve the building. These switches will be replaced with a singular (1) switch, relocated to the north side of the building alongside the switch lineup that services the Graves Annex building.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Meeting: The Project site is available for inspection by prospective bidders at a mandatory pre-bid site meeting and walk-through. All prospective bidders must attend one of the following meetings:

1. 10:00 am on July 23, 2024 at Padelford Hall Loading Dock.

2. 10:00 am on July 25, 2024 at Padelford Hall Loading Dock.

These will be the only opportunities for bidders to visit the Project site. Bids received from bidders who did not attend one of the mandatory pre-bid site meetings will not be considered.
