The University of Washington (UW), Project Delivery Group, is requesting sealed bids for the following project: 208159 MHSC B & D Wing Dental Water.

Project Description: The project includes the following work: Make necessary modifications for the potable and lab water systems to bring the Dental Clinics within the Magnuson Health Science Center (MHSC) B & D-Wings up to the current plumbing code. This includes providing new water risers and branch connections to provide lab water to all lab fixtures and potable water to all dental sinks and non-laboratory fixtures as well as replacing existing acid waste and vent piping with sanitary piping. Work includes draining, cleaning, and sanitizing existing lab piping for potable use, and removing piping no longer in use.
