Project Description:   The project includes the following work: Create a classroom and clinical skills lab for SoM Rehab Medicine in I164. The space is currently occupied by a lab. SoM is decommissioning the lab equipment and removing hoods, furniture and equipment. New construction includes the demolition of all interior walls, finishes, lighting, casework and mechanical ducting. Construct a storage room and classroom with a moveable partition. Provide new finishes, lighting, power/data receptacles, modify HVAC system as required, modify sprinkler and fire alarm as required by code. The address is 1705 NE Pacific St. Seattle, WA in the Magnuson Health Sciences Center, I-Wing Room 164.

Alternates:
Alternate #1 Operable Partition upgrades
Base Bid: Provide operable partition with standard vinyl finish. Do not provide door in partition.
Alternate Bid: Provide door in operable partition as shown on drawing sheet a104. Provide fabric finish instead of standard vinyl as listed in finish schedule on Sheet a201. Provide 4 white board panels as shown on elevation 2, sheet a201. Refer to specification section 10 22 26.

Alternate #2: Casework
Base Bid: Do not provide casework.
Alternate Bid: Provide and install shelving and countertops as sown on drawing sheets a104 and Elevations 7, 9, and 11 on drawing sheet a201. Refer to specification Section 06 40 23.

Alternate #3: Electrical Receptacles
Base Bid: Do not install six receptacles on West wall for future residential kitchen equipment.
Alternate Bid: Install six electrical receptacles on West wall as noted on drawing sheet e201 for future equipment.
