Vadis is seeking quotes from qualified, licensed, and bonded contractors to perform specific categories of work related to the project, known as Vadis 113th Street Project, located at 705 113th Street E.  Tacoma WA98444

Brief Scope of Work:

This is a housing rehab which includes replacement of all flooring with LVT, interior paint including ceiling, walls, trim, and front door, New HVAC system, make 1 bathroom into a “Wet Room”, replace 7 interior doors, remove all mirrored closet doors (no replacement), and replace hot water tank. In the kitchen, replace counter tops, stove, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, and install exhaust fan above stove. Replace all kitchen and bathroom faucets to ADA compliance. Put in a CO2 detector, replace weather strip and trim on front door, and replace dining room light fixture.  Widen east side hall, widen 1 bedroom door and ADA bathroom. Connect vents in attic for bathrooms and kitchen.  Prune back tree branches that are overhanging the roof.

This project is federally funded bythe U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, CDFA number 14.218. This project is subject to Title 24 CFR 570 and the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations as applicable. This project is subject to Washington State Prevailing Wages as described in the Prevailing Wage section of this quote packet.

Responses must be received at the address above on or before the due date. Responses submitted after the due date and time will not be considered. Quotes will be opened and posted at 1701 Elm St. E. Sumner WA on May 25, 2023, at 12:00 pm.
