RFP # 2020-001 Vehicle Cleaning Services

Community Transit invites qualified vendors to submit proposals to perform cleaning services on designated company owned vehicles at the Merrill Creek Operating Base and the Kasch Park Operating Base. Contract Term of 2 years with (3) 1-year options at the sole discretion of Community Transit.

Community Transit’s fleet consists of approximately 230 coaches (buses), of which approximately 12 are contingent (reserve) coaches. In addition, Community Transit has approximately 100 service vehicles and 450 vanpool vehicles (only 30 of the vanpool vans are located at our Kasch Park facility). These are the only vanpool vans that will be cleaned weekly.  All other vanpool vans will be cleaned only as required. The number of vehicles will vary over the term of the contract.
