REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) #19-005

VEHICLE GRAPHICS

RFP Publication Date:  May 20, 2019

  • Skagit Transit has published RFP #19-005 to solicit proposals from qualified vinyl vehicle graphics vendors to provide and install custom decals to Skagit Transit’s fleet, decal removal services, vehicle graphics design and related services on an as-needed basis.
  • Contract Term:  Three (3) years with two (2) option years available in successive one-year increments, upon mutual acceptance of the parties.
  • Posting of Documents:  Documents relative to this RFP will be made available on our website at www.SkagitTransit.org under “About Us” in the Procurement section.
  • Pre-Proposal Meeting & Site Visit:  Will be held at 10:00 a.m. PDT May 30, 2019 beginning in the conference room at Skagit Transit’s Maintenance, Operations and Administrative (MOA) building, 600 County Shop Lane, Burlington, WA and immediately followed by a site visit.
  • Deadline for Questions / Request for Clarifications:  Any and all communications and inquiries must be submitted in writing on the form provided in the RFP (Exhibit D) and sent to Elisa Rizzo at fax #360-757-8019 or e-mailed to erizzo@SkagitTransit.org by 3:00 p.m. PDT June 6, 2019.  Skagit Transit’s official response will by written Addendum.
  • Addenda:  In order to automatically receive any Addenda issued, prospective Proposers must register as a “Planholder” by contacting the Procurement and Contracts Coordinator with their intent to submit a proposal.  Call Elisa Rizzo at 360-757-8801 or e-mail at erizzo@skagittransit.org.  Non-registered Proposers will need to periodically check the website for any Addenda issued. It is the Proposer’s responsibility to check for Addenda.
  • Proposal Deadline:  Proposals must be received at Skagit Transit’s Administrative office located at 600 County Shop Lane, Burlington, WA by exactly 2:00 p.m. PDT on June 18, 2019.  Late proposals will be rejected and returned unopened to the Proposer.
