Comprehensive Healthcare is seeking proposals from General Contractors to provide all supervision, labor, and materials for the construction of a new 20-unit low barrier transitional housing apartment complex, Vista Del Sol-2 in Sunnyside WA.

The project was submitted today for building permit review.

A Pre-Bid Conference for all Prime Bidding Contractors will be held on Thursday July 27th, 2023 at 11:00am at Comprehensive Healthcare’s Yakima Center located at 402 South 4th Avenue, Yakima, WA, 98902. The meeting will be held in the Board Room on the 2nd floor. Attendance is highly recommended.
