Volunteers of America of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho seeks qualified firms for the following opportunity:

REMODEL OF AN EXISTING 1-STORY COMMERCIAL BUILDING INTO A FUNCTIONAL YOUTH SHELTER FOR 44 GUESTS AND A NEW 1-STORY 1,133 SF ADDITION ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE EXISTING FACILITY.

The remodel is moderate and includes minor demolition, some new interior partitions, new finishes and lighting fixtures in the business area and the shelter space. The new 1-story addition will house the commercial kitchen and restroom facilities for the shelter guests.
