The Project site is available for inspection by prospective bidders at a pre-bid site meeting and walk-through at 8:00 AM on June 16, 2022 at the top deck of W46 parking garage, 431712th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105. This will be the only opportunity for bidders to visit the Project site.

The project includes the following work: Removal and replacement of existing traffic waterproof coating on the roof decks of both W45 (28,800 SF) and W46 (16,500 SF) parking garages. Additional work includes structural reinforcements to existing vehicle barriers, crack and spall repair, pavement markings, and concrete wheel stops for parking stalls. Construct shallow drainage channels and fill in depression areas that generate water ponding. Additional crack repair may be required after the existing traffic coating is removed.
