Technical Assistance Services – Child Care Stabilization Grant
The State of Washington, Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified bidders who can provide language access support and other assistance to Child Care Providers during the Grant application process for the Child Care Stabilization Grant (Grant). This support, referred to as Technical Assistance (TA) includes, but is not limited to, oral Interpretation and written Translation services for Child Care Providers, community-based support and outreach related to the Grant application process, accessing the online Grant application, and other Grant application support necessary to support Child Care Providers.
Potential bidders must demonstrate how they meet the minimum qualifications as part of their response. All bidders must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Must be licensed to do business in the state of Washington or provide a commitment that it will become licensed in Washington within thirty (30) days of being selected as the Apparent Successful Bidder (ASB).
- Must have a Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number or provide a commitment that it will acquire a DUNS number within thirty (30) days of being selected as the Apparent Successful Bidder (ASB). Contractor must certify that they have not been debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in transactions by any federal department or agency.
- Must have qualified/certified interpreters on staff or proposal to secure individuals with these skills.
The RFP was issued on August 2, 2021 and responses will be due on August 16, 2021. This solicitation and all its amendments are posted in the Washington’s Electronic Business Solutions (WEBS) system. WEBS can be accessed at https://fortress.wa.gov/ga/webs/.
All bidders must be registered in WEBS to download this solicitation and receive notifications regarding amendments to the solicitation.
