Project Description: The Phase 1 work being performed includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct one 8 million gallon prestressed and partially buried concrete tank, shoring system, dewatering, electrical and instrumentation and control systems, and associated piping and other such appurtenances, including trench and tank excavation, haul, stockpiling and disposal, preparation of a project Health and Safety Plan with related submittals, and performing all Work as required by the Contract. There are also two off-site pipe connections to be built. The Contractor must comply with strict time limitations for construction, which are discussed in the Contract Documents.
