Washington State Department of Agriculture Gypsy Moth Eradication Project LETTER TO REQUEST BIDS No. K3277 January 6, 2021 DUE February 16, 2021, 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) Dear Applicant: The Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) is soliciting bids from individuals and organizations interested in participating on a project to aerially apply Bacillus thuringiensis v. kurstaki (Btk) insecticide over certain populated and non-populated areas in western Washington. The purpose of the project is to prevent defoliation of high-value trees by the Asian gypsy moth.
