REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

WATER AND SEWER UTILITY EXTENSION

ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES

The Town of Concrete is seeking proposals to provide professional design services for water and sewer utility extensions at Mears Field, Concrete Municipal Airport. Binding Site Plan recorded under Skagit County Auditors #201710190004. The project will consist of assessing the most efficient way to serve the airport with water and sewer service and then designing the required water and sewer service lines.

The experience of the engineer with similar types of projects in a small-town environment will be a consideration in the selection of the consultant.  The professional credentials of the engineer will also be a major determinant in the selection process, along with a demonstrated understanding of the town’s needs.

Proposals should be prepared simply and economically, providing a straightforward, concise description of the provider’s capabilities to satisfy the requirements of the request.
