Project Description: The West Seattle Corridor Bridges Rehabilitation and Strengthening project includes
rehabilitation of the West Seattle Bridge and Spokane Street Swing Bridge, and miscellaneous major maintenance
work to the elevated structures leading up to the existing bridges. This project will rehabilitate and strengthen
both bridges for use by the public.

Scope of Work – CFRP and Crack Bridge 131EA:
• All concrete surface preparation.
• All necessary staging of subcontractor's work including material storage, heating, temporary power,
• responsibility of the subcontractor and to be considered incidental to respective items.
• The subcontractor shall include all necessary mobilization(s) for the work.
• Final and daily Cleaning of Subcontractor work area(s) to the satisfaction of the Contractor is the
• responsibility of the subcontractor.
• Work platforms/manlifts/access (including containment and temperature requirements) are the
• responsibility of the subcontractor.
• Pricing shall be valid for 60 days.
• This package has a DBE requirement of 25%
• Bid Bonds, and Payment and Performance Bonds (at subcontract execution) are required for projects
• over $300,000
