Project Description:   The Work consists of remodeling and additions to the first and second floor of Wing D and E of Building 29. Work includes construction of a new gymnasium, courtyard, and secure outdoor recreational yard along with associated site modifications including parking and utility work. The work involves selective demolition of the interior walls and floor finishes and selective demolition of mechanical and electrical infrastructure and replacement with new systems.
