NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

CAPITAL WETLAND MITIGATION PROJECT (2022)

UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, July 5, 2022

At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened (live via GoToMeeting) and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested people are invited to be present. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County Public Works requests bids for the Capital Wetland Mitigation Project (2022), CRP Nos. 914002 and 917001. This project provides for the construction of wetland and wetland buffer enhancement mitigation plan to compensate for the wetland and buffer impacts resulting from the East Smith Road and Hannegan Road project (CRP No 914002) and Marine Drive Reconstruction (CRP No. 917001) capital road projects, and other work, and other work as further described in the bid documents.
