NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:
Demolition of the Ranger’s Residence at Silver Lake Park
Bellingham, Washington
UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, October 10, 2023
At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened (live/virtual via GoToMeeting), and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested people are invited to be present at the live bid opening via GoToMeeting, as more completely described herein. Late submittals will not be considered.
Whatcom County Parks & Recreation is requesting bids for the demolition of the ranger’s residence project at Silver Lake Park, located at 9129 Silver Lake Rd, Maple Falls, Washington. The contractor will provide all materials and labor necessary to demolish the structure, legally dispose of all waste material, leave the site in a condition suitable for future development, and other work as further described in the bid documents.
