NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for purchase and installation of the following:
Courthouse – 3rd Floor Courtroom 5C Tenant Improvement
UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, April 29, 2025

At which time and place the bids will be opened (virtual via Zoom), and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested persons are invited to watch the virtual bid opening via Zoom. Late submittals will not be considered.
Whatcom County Administrative Services, Facilities Management is requesting bids for the Whatcom County Courthouse - 3rd Floor Courtroom 5C Tenant Improvement project. The project includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing office areas and construction of a new superior courtroom and associated offices, restrooms and other support rooms, in the Whatcom County Courthouse located at 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham WA 98225, as further described in the bid documents.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held onsite, and is scheduled for 10:00 AM, Thursday, April 10, 2025. Attendees are asked to meet County Facilities staff in the Rotunda (main entrance) of the County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.
Award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities.
