NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by Purchasing at their office in the Administrative Services Finance Division on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503 Bellingham WA 98225 for purchase of the following:

Consulting Services for: Classification and Compensation Study
UNTIL: 2:30 PM on Tuesday, November 30, 2021

At which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened live via GoToMeeting, and the names of the submitters read aloud. Any interested people are invited to attend the live proposal opening via GoToMeeting. Late proposals will not be considered. Responses submitted electronically will not be considered.

The Whatcom County Administrative Services Human Resources Division is seeking proposals from qualified consultants for professional services related to a classification and compensation study of non-represented positions, as further described in the RFP document.
