NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:
Nugent’s Corner River Access Building Demolition
UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday, October 19, 2021
At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened (live/virtual via GoToMeeting), and read aloud. All Bidders and any other interested people are invited to attend the live bid opening via GoToMeeting, as more completely described herein. Late submittals will not be considered.
Whatcom County Parks & Recreation is requesting bids for building demolition at Nugent’s Corner River Access, located at 3685 Mount Baker Highway, Everson, Washington. This project includes asbestos abatement, abandonment of an underground septic tank, razing a residential structure, and other work as further described in the bid documents.

Award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities.
