Whatcom Co; RFP #25-15 Food Service Provider for the Jail and Juvenile Detention

Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by Whatcom County Purchasing at its Office in the Administrative Services Finance Department located on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

Food Service Provider for the Main Jail, Jail Work Center, and Juvenile Detention

UNTIL: 2:30 PM, Tuesday, April 15, 2025

At which time and place the responses will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and the names of the submitters read aloud. All interested people are invited to attend the live proposal opening via Zoom. Late submittals will not be considered.

The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Division is requesting proposals from qualified contractors who are interested in providing a comprehensive food service program for the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office Main Jail and Jail Work Center, and Whatcom County Juvenile Court Administration’s Juvenile Detention, as further described in the document.
