Late submittals will not be considered. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities.
The Whatcom County Flood Control Zone District (FCZD), in conjunction with Whatcom County, hereinafter jointly referred to as the County, is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for providing professional engineering services for a feasibility study for constructing flood mitigation berms around the Cities of Everson and Nooksack, located in Whatcom County.
