NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by Whatcom County Purchasing at their Office in the Administrative Services Finance Department located on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

Coordination of Community Links Program for Whatcom County Juvenile Court

UNTIL: 2:30 PM on, Tuesday, June 6, 2023

At which time and place the responses will be publicly opened (live/virtual via GoToMeeting), and the names of the submitters read aloud. All interested people are invited to attend the live proposal opening via GoToMeeting. Late submittals will not be considered. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities.

Whatcom County Juvenile Court is seeking a qualified agency to implement and facilitate a county wide Coordination of Services program called “Community Links”. This research-based family intervention delivers a 12-hour workshop over the course of four 3-hour interactive seminars to eligible court-involved youth and their parent(s) or connected adult. The program provides information on a variety of topics that support safe, healthy communities through education and community connections.
