Project Description:  The scope of work for this project is to renovate the Educational Service Center (ESC) to accommodate an early learning program once the existing tenant, Wilkeson, has moved out of the building. The renovation will modify the south wing in the main building to house the early learning program and will also include the following: Installation of Sinks in All Classrooms, Additional Drinking Fountains/Bubblers Where Needed, Add Bathrooms in The Science Building, Add Bathrooms in Library Wing, Add Bathrooms in Classrooms Next to Reception, Provide General Cleaning and Painting, Consolidation of The Two Existing Access Control Systems, Perimeter Fencing Along the Back Edge of The Campus, Installation of Cabinets/Cubbies/And Flooring Where Necessary.
