Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Housing Authority of Okanogan County, 431 5th Ave West, Omak, WA 98841 until 2:00 pm local time on August 1, 2025, for the Wildrose Apartments project located in Winthrop, Washington. Bids received after that date and time, even if mailed earlier, will not be accepted.

Bids will thereafter be publicly opened and read aloud on August 1, 2025 beginning at 2:01 pm. The public may attend the opening virtually, via a video/tele-conferencing link. The conference information will automatically be sent to all entities on the Plan Holders List.

Plan Holders List: To ensure notification of all addendums or updates, bidders must register as Plan Holders by sending an email as follows:

Project Documents: Contract documents including plans and specifications may be
downloaded at no charge from the CAST architecture electronic plan room. They may
also be examined at the Plan Centers listed below. Printing costs are non-refundable. Technical questions shall be directed to the individual plan room.
