William Shore Pool Renovation and Addition

Owner: William Shore Memorial Pool District

Description: The scope of work includes new 9,000 square foot and 6,200 square foot additions to a 14,300 square foot existing building. Interior renovation work will be undertaken at the existing pool building. Three new pool tanks will be added; leisure pool, spa and therapy pool and the existing pool will undergo repairs to both the pool shell and pool mechanical systems. New parking lots will be added with sidewalks, landscape features and ADA access.

 

The following bid packages will be publicly bid in accordance with RCW 39.10.380 and must be submitted to our Sequim office:
 

BP 01 – Cross Laminated Timber Supply Package – 4:00 pm

BP 02 – Structural Steel Supply Package – 4:00 pm

Bid security:  A certified or bank cashier’s check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to Neeley Construction, or bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid.

Rejection of Bids:  Neeley Construction shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
