Wm. Winkler Co. is seeking proposals from qualified and certified MBE, WBE and DBE
Contracting and Supplier firms in one or more of the following areas: Grading, Removals, Aggregate Supply, Trucking, Asphalt Paving, Landscape, Striping, Signage Installation, Electrical, Traffic Control, Pipe Suppliers and Pre-Cast Concrete Products. In order to assist DBE firms, we are accepting proposals in all other scopes of work as well.
