Workers’ Bill of Rights Research and Policy Analysis RFQ

The City of Olympia is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive and data-informed research and policy analysis to evaluate the impacts and feasibility of labor and wage policies within a Workers’ Bill of Rights. The bill may include policies related to minimum wage increases, fair and predictive scheduling, and enhanced workplace safety standards. This work will equip the Olympia City Council with evidence-based policy options that are equitable and practical.
