The Washington Student Achievement Council is soliciting proposals for DreamAhead College Investment Plan program management and investment advisory services. DreamAhead is offered directly to the public pursuant to Chapter 28B.95 RCW and has been open since 2018. The RFP asks bidders to provide creative approaches to investment management, account administration, customer service, marketing support, and reporting at a competitive cost to plan participants.
