The Washington State Department of Transportation is looking to acquire a data management software program to manage stormwater monitoring data collected in the field from a variety of instruments. Data will be imported to the database through both telemetered and downloaded sources. The program will need to display data graphically for quality analysis, provide tools for data error detection, and provide outputs for statistical analysis.
