The Washington State Department of Transportation (“WSDOT”) has an upcoming opportunity. We are looking for a property management firm to perform routine and on-call maintenance at the WSDOT-owned train station in Tacoma (“Tacoma Dome Station”). This is an opportunity for an experienced and professional company with strong collaborative, organizational, and commercial facility management skills.
