Project Scope:
Expand existing indoor golf practice facility with a 375 sq ft addition to face of building. Addition to include storage area, vestibule, and restroom. Refer to the project drawings and specifications for complete scope of work.

Bid Estimate: $320,000-$340,000
Bid Deadline: March 5, 2024, prior to 2:00 p.m., virtual bid opening at 2:30 p.m.
Pre-bid Meeting: February 20, 2024, 1:00pm, by zoom.
