Western Washington University seeks proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide a Supplier / Vendor Onboarding and Management System.

Questions regarding the RFP are due October 9, 2023 by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.

Proposals are due by October 30, 2023 by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.

As a higher education institution of the State of Washington, Western has a unique blend of supplier/vendors that includes individual service providers, independent contractors, local and state agencies, educational institutions, non-profit and for-profit companies of every size.

Western seeks proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide a Supplier / Vendor Onboarding and Management System (“System”), that provides a clean interface and an organized and understandable user experience for both the supplier/vendor, and the Western employee user.

The System should enable existing supplier/vendors, suppliers/vendors awarded contracts with Western, and prospective suppliers/vendors to initiate and complete an onboarding process and enable management of supplier/vendor information throughout the lifecycle of their relationship with Western.

The System should enable collection of standard business and financial data and documents, as well as data to assist with Washington State and institutional compliance and reporting requirements. The System should provide solutions to reduce risk to Western, and to verify supplier/vendors meet minimum requirements to do business with Western.
