Yakima Air Terminal, McAllister Field - Snow Removal Equipement (SRE) Procurement

Sealed proposals will be received for the Snow Removal Equipment (SRE) Procurement project, addressed to the City of Yakima, 129 North 2nd Street, Yakima, WA 98901 until 11:00 am local time on June 12, 2023, and then will be publicly opened and read. Bids received after the time fixed for the opening will not be considered. The project consists of, but is not limited to the procurement of two (2) pieces of Snow Removal Equipment (SRE) each with carrier vehicle, material spreader and plow attachment. All questions regarding this project should be directed to the Engineer at sstephens@jub.com Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid. Each bidder shall furnish the Statement of Bidders Pre-Qualifications to the OWNER with satisfactory evidence of his competency to perform the work contemplated with the bid. The City of Yakima reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any informalities, or irregularities, postpone the award of the Contract for a period not to exceed One Hundred Fifty (150) days, and accept the proposal that is in the best interest of the City of Yakima.
