NOTICE TO BIDDERS: YAUGER PARK INTERPRETIVE PROJECT RFP

The City of Olympia invites interested and qualified Consultants to submit a Proposal and Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the Yauger Park Interpretive Project at the City's Yauger Park Regional Stormwater Complex. 

Olympia’s Stormwater Utility is interested in developing a universal connective design theme that can be employed for other stormwater sites across Olympia. Interpretive elements will have a similar look and feel, with a recognizable storyline/cohesive message, while following the City of Olympia’s brand style guide and editorial style guide.

The deadline for this RFP is 4:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time (PST), December 2, 2022. Earlier responses are welcome. Only electronic proposals will be accepted.

The RFP document can be viewed on the Builders Exchange website under City of Olympia – Goods and Services at www.bxwa.com on Wednesday, November 16, 2022.

Please note: If you obtain the RFP or bid documents through any other process, such as by public records request, you will NOT be added to the list of proposers/bidders and therefore, you will not receive bid addenda and other information sent to those who register as proposers/bidders.
