The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of the YMCA - Sammamish Community Aquatic Center Renovations and all related work, all in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications, Project Manual, and Addenda (if any). Specific work includes, but is not limited to, approximately 7,600sf of phased, interior tenant improvements to natatorium and associated locker rooms to remove and replace existing interior finishes including tile decking/flooring, walls, interior painting, bathroom accessories, windowsills, countertops/sinks, cementitious pool liners, and minor plumbing and electrical work. The estimated construction cost for this project is in the range of $920,000 to $1,020,000 excluding sales tax.
