REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

FY 2020 YOUTH VIOLENCE PREVENTION PROGRAMS

NO. 19-001-CD-VP20

 

Pierce County Human Services is soliciting applications for FY 2020 Youth Violence Prevention programs. Funding for this grant is obtained exclusively from taxes generated in unincorporated Pierce County for criminal justice purposes. Accordingly, the objective for using these funds must be on the prevention or elimination of violent behavior in, among, or toward children and youth. This grant must principally benefit youth who reside in unincorporated Pierce County.

 

The Department will hold one application workshop on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. to review the application and answer questions from potential applicants. The workshop will take place at 1305 Tacoma Avenue South, Suite 104, Tacoma, WA 98402, in Conference Room C. Workshop attendance is highly encouraged for all applicants.

 

The Request for Proposal will be posted and available online on Friday, February 1, 2019 at https://www.co.pierce.wa.us/2779/Solicitations-and-Competitive-Bids.
