Ziply Fiber NTIA Brewster B3 Bid Package
Bids are being requested for construction of a Fiber to the Premise network within the community of Brewster, Okanogan County, Washington
All work performed on this project will be subject to Washington prevailing wage rates.
All contractors must be licensed in the State of Washington to conduct business associated with this opportunity. Bidders must meet the criteria in RCW 39.04.350.

This project is partially funded by federal award 53-08-I2209 awarded to the Washington State Broadband Office from the U.S. Department of Commerce – National Telecommunications Infrastructure Administration – Broadband Implementation Program (BIP) and private funds from Ziply Fiber. Contractors must be licensed, bonded and insured in Washington State. Contractors are encouraged to commit to local hires for this project. Bids are required to include a five percent (5%) bid guarantee in form of a cashier’s check, money order, or surety bond. Small, Minority- and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids.

- Furnishing all labor and tools necessary to construct the project
- Comply with all permitting as required
