Project Description: The project's Base Bid includes a new stand alone building approximately 13,999 sq.ft. in size to house an auxiliary gymnasium, mat room, an office, storage space and additional building support spaces.

Estimated Value: $4.5 million

Contract Duration: NTP approx 6/6/18. On-site work begins 6/21/18. Substantial completion by 8/16/19.

Wage Rates: This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage rates. Certified payroll will be required.
